THURSDAY ~Travel Day~

We'll start at 5:00 PM with an evening gathering circle and meet and greet. You'll meet like-minded individuals and share your intentions for the retreat. This will be a powerful opportunity to connect with others and set the tone for the journey ahead.

Next, we'll embark on a journey to harvest sacred water, an ancient practice that has been used for centuries to heal and purify the body and mind. 

Finally, get ready to move your body and ignite your soul with our ecstatic dance session! This high-energy, free-form dance party will have you moving to the beat and connecting with your innermost self in a way that you've never experienced before.

FRIDAY

On Friday, we'll kick things off with a breathtaking hike to Heart Lake, where we'll gather in a prayer circle and playful expression to connect with the beauty and power of nature. This will be a sacred moment to ground yourself and set your intentions for the journey ahead.

Next, we'll head over to Castle Lake for a refreshing swim and purification ritual. This pristine lake is known for its healing properties, and you'll be able to tap into its rejuvenating energy to cleanse your mind, body, and spirit. There’s also another special sighting of the Cobra Plant that only grows in very special places like Castle Lake. 

But that's not all – get ready to dive deep into your inner world with our breathwork and a Quantum Sacred Cacao™️ Ceremony. This powerful combination of deep breathing and ceremonial cacao will open your heart, awaken your senses, and bring you into a state of deep relaxation and inner peace. (Sold Separately)

SATURDAY

On Saturday, we’ll start with spiritual exploration and adventure into the faery realm as we hike to Faery Falls. We'll commune with the faeries, hear them whisper into your ear, and connect with the ancient wisdom of the land.  This will be a magical opportunity to connect with the natural world and experience the beauty and power of the faery realm.

We’ll also visit the ruins of an old bathhouse that tapped the venerated waters of the Red and White Springs. These are the same healing minerals that are considered Holy and found at the famed Glastonbury Tor Well. Holy Well!…that’s why the waters here are so special. 

Next, we'll head over to Lake Siskiyou for a water tour and group fun. Tour the lake on a Pontoon boat to view the flora and fauna and if you’re lucky you might just spot a Bald Eagle or a Deva resting in a tree. 

This stunning lake is surrounded by majestic mountains and pristine forests, and you'll be able to soak in its beauty and serenity as we explore its waters and play in the sun.

Finally, ignite your transformation and release what no longer serves you with Chakra Walks and Cold Plunge ceremony. These powerful rituals can help you let go of past traumas, fears, and limiting beliefs, and create space for new opportunities and blessings to come into your life.

SUNDAY

~Final Day~

On our final day together, we'll start by stepping onto the hallowed ground of Her Majesty, Mount Shasta. We’ll hike to Horse Camp, where we'll experience a powerful ceremony and connect with the mystical energy, higher beings of Telos (the Lemurian hidden city), and the legends of the area. This will be a deeply spiritual moment to reflect on your journey and set your intentions for the future. 

Next, we'll explore the Boulder Vortex, a powerful energy center known for its healing properties and transformative power. You'll be able to tap into this vortex and experience a profound sense of inner peace and spiritual renewal.

Then, unwind and recharge with our sound bath session. This soothing and meditative experience will help you release tension, reduce stress, and enter a state of deep relaxation and harmony.

Closing ceremony: As the day and adventure come to a close around 5:00 pm, we'll head over to Shastice Park for a summer music festival (optional). This vibrant and energetic event will be the perfect way to celebrate and reflect on our 4-day journey together and share some of our most profound experiences.
